Institutions are responsible for managing access for all staff/users via the User Management module and for all activities that occur under their account.
The platform must be used solely for educational and institutional management. Any attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service is strictly prohibited.
Subscription fees are based on the student count and billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in temporary service suspension.
You retain all rights to the data you upload. We only host and process it as per your requirements to provide the management service.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Users must not upload malicious content or use the platform for any illegal activities within the jurisdiction of Pakistan.
School-Admin.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
While no system is 100% immune to hackers, we fulfill all industry-standard requirements to proactively secure your institutional data.
Using unofficial WhatsApp channels may lead to account bans. PTA imposed limits or Meta policies could result in service disruption. Use of these methods is at the sole risk and responsibility of the institution.
Multi-SMS broadcasting via mobile SIMs may violate provider policies or PTA limits, resulting in SIM blocking or permanent bans. We provide risk-mitigation guidance, but hardware and service risks remain the user's responsibility.
Unauthorized distribution or 'pirating' of our software is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action.
